How to Tell When the Sphere is Fully Inflated
The sphere is ready when seams are flat and the surface is smooth. It should feel firm with slight flexibility, if it’s rock hard, you’ve added too much air.
How to Seal the Valve After Inflation
After inflating, push or twist the valve into the one-way position and secure the cap. This locks the air inside so your rental stays inflated throughout your event.
Why Wrinkles Appear and How to Fix Them

For small tears, apply clear tape as a temporary fix and contact our team right away. We’ll guide you or arrange a replacement if needed.

How to Deflate and Pack the Spheres for Return
Open the valve to release air slowly or use the pump in reverse for faster deflation. Fold the sphere neatly and place it in the bag provided for easy return.
How Many Events Can These Be Used For?
Our rentals are made from durable materials and inspected after each use, so they can be rented and reused many times.
How Long Will They Stay Inflated During My Event?
Properly sealed spheres stay inflated for the entire event, often for several days. We recommend deflating after use for easy return.
